The Dickens Inn has thrown open its doors and welcomes you to join our tale. A few simple sign up steps below and the good cheer begins.
Once you’re with us, we’ll send you monthly notes filled with news from the inn and hearty offers to enjoy.
To start you off, your first drink is on us as a welcome. When your birthday comes around, you’ll receive a free bottle of prosecco to celebrate. And because friends of the inn often return for more, we’ll treat you again with a free drink or dessert on your third visit.

Your reward might arrive as its own message or tucked inside our monthly notes from the inn.
Open your rewards pouch
Click the button ‘CLAIM YOUR REWARD NOW’ in the email to step into your rewards page.
Save it for easy use
Add the rewards page to your home screen or favourites so you can find it quickly when you visit.
Make your way to the inn
Check your email or wallet for details on when you can use your reward.
Claim and enjoy
Show your reward to the team, scan the code and enjoy your free drink, dessert or birthday bottle of fizz.

Your First Sip’s On Us – Enjoy a pint of beer, a 175ml house wine, a 125ml prosecco, or a soft drink when you order a main course. Available in The Grill Restaurant and Tavern Bar. Not valid for functions or special events.
Birthday Bottle of Fizz – Gather three friends (four in total!) and receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco when everyone orders a main course. Available in The Grill Restaurant only. Not valid for functions or special events.
